In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data, and with Spanish data protection legislation in force, Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, GRUPO IGEPAK, made up of the companies listed below, as Data Controllers, hereby informs you of the processing thereof, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The processing shall be performed by the entity that collected your data and may also be processed by the different companies that make up GRUPO INENVA as indicated in the following list:

Confidentiality and data security
GRUPO INENVA undertakes to use and process users’ personal data, respecting their confidentiality and to use them in accordance with their purpose, as well as to comply with its obligation to conserve them and to adapt all necessary measures to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorised processing thereof or access thereto, in accordance with data protection legislation currently in force.
This website has an SSL certificate. This is a security protocol that sends your data in an integral and secure way; in other words, it creates an encrypted link between a web server and a web browser.
GRUPO INENVA cannot guarantee the absolute impregnability of the Internet network and therefore the violation of data through fraudulent access thereto by third parties and shall not be held liable for such attacks.
With regard to the confidentiality of the processing, GRUPO IGEPAK shall ensure that anyone authorised by GRUPO IGEPAK to process customer user data shall do so with the utmost confidentiality, including, but not limited to, IT providers.
Should a Security Incident arise, GRUPO IGEPAK shall notify the Customer and user forthwith and shall provide timely information vis-à-vis the Security Incident as it becomes known or when reasonably requested by the Customer.
Data accuracy and veracity
As a user, you are solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data you provide us, holding GRUPO IGEPAK harmless vis-à-vis any liability in this regard, even when you provide us with third-party data.
Users hereby guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to enter in full and correct information in the contact or subscription form. Should third-party data be provided, prior consent must be obtained beforehand.
Acceptance and consent
The user hereby declares to have been informed of the conditions vis-à-vis the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing thereof by GRUPO IGEPAK in the manner and for the purposes set forth herein.
Purpose of collection and processing of personal data
We hereby inform you that GRUPO INENVA shall process your personal data to respond to your queries, draw up quotes and provide services or deliver the products ordered. This information may include personal data such as your IP address, first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information.
You may be sent electronic advertising with regard to new related services and products that may be of interest to you as a customer or potential customer, as well as information and recommendations of legitimate interest, if you have given your consent upon providing us with your data, by express consent or if you are or have been a GRUPO INENVA customer, based on legitimate interest.
Furthermore, the data provided shall be used to draw up quotes and/or deliver the products ordered.
Type of personal data to be processed
Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’). The data to be processed by GRUPO INENVA within the framework of the relationship with the data subject and subject to the purposes consented to, fall into the following categories:
– Identification and contact details: name, surname, ID number, telephone number, postal address, or e-mail address.
– Data strictly necessary to provide the service contracted with GRUPO INENVA, including bank details.
No processing of sensitive data categories.
Data communication and destination
GRUPO INENVA does not sell or transfer personal data that could identify the user, nor shall it do so in the future, to third parties without obtaining prior written consent from the data subject.
With a view to providing services strictly necessary for the development of GRUPO INENVA’s activity, it shares data with the following providers in accordance with their corresponding privacy conditions:
Google Analytics: a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., a Delaware corporation whose headquarters is 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer, to help PORT FORUM analyse how users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about how you use PORT FORUM (including your IP address) shall be passed on to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Legal basis legitimising the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent given or the legitimate interest in obtaining information about similar services and products from GRUPO INENVA if you are or have ever been a customer.
Personal data retention period
The personal data provided shall be kept for as long as they are necessary for the provision of contracted services, to respond to requests and, in any case, as long as the deletion thereof is not requested by the data subject and in accordance with the obligations set forth in other reference standards.
The personal data provided shall be retained:
- Until such time as the deletion thereof is requested by the data subject.
- For as long as you are a customer and for up to 5 years after the relationship comes to an end, in accordance with tax regulations.
Rights of data subjects
The data subject has the right to access his/her personal data, to request the rectification or deletion of his/her data, to request the limitation of the processing thereof, to object to and/or revoke the consent given. The data subject may exercise his/her rights by sending an e-mail to rgpd@igepak.com, attaching a document accrediting his/her identity (photocopy of ID card or passport) and the right he/she wishes to exercise. He/she may file a complaint related to the processing of his/her personal data before the AEPD (c/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28021 Madrid).
Commercial e-mails
In accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, GRUPO INENVA does not engage in SPAMMING, in other words, it does not send commercial e-mails that have not been previously requested or authorised by the user. Consequently, in the forms on the website, where appropriate, the user may give express consent to receive commercial communications about GRUPO INENVA’s services and products, regardless of the commercial information duly requested.
In accordance with this law, GRUPO INENVA undertakes not to send commercial communications without properly identifying them.
